Service Desk and Help Box are two help desk products. Web-based solution Help Box provides quality features along with little complexity. Being configurable and simple, the solution doesn’t require any additional modules or add-ons to function. It also doesn’t require the installation.

-    Scheduling and calendars. The calendars of multiple representatives can be viewed by administrators in a single view.

-    Email integration is redesigned. It works with Microsoft Exchange 2003/ 2008/ 2010 through SMTP and POP3.

-    Support on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer Safari.
-    The product is rewritten in the latest ASP .NET language.
