123 Live Help appears to be a flexible option among live chat support software. Mac and Windows options with helpful marketing and administration tools are available. Due multi-takings tools the operator gets an option to work with several visitors at once. The program is an easy one. You can use it either on the operator or the customer side. At the beginning of the installation the application tests on both the operator and customer side.

With 123 Live Help to perform multiple chat conversations is easy. An operator is able to switch between conversations, but different color highlighting of texts helps to manage conversations with ease. To transfer chat conversations between operators is also available in quick and easy way.

123 Live Help provide the option to track visitor’s information. The operator watches this information in the form of language, IPs, times/dates, browsers, history and conversations of the customer. The referrer is also available.

You can configure the chat operating features to support visual and audio alerts. Operators get the opportunity to create messages or use the canned ones. They also can send full chat transcripts to email and force web pages. A simple text formatter is included into the message creator.
The customer chat interface is friendly designed and trouble-free. The customers can observe if the operator is available or not or if a message is being typed. The program will immediately send an automatic alert out in the case of connection interruption. If the operator is not available customers can send a message.

Basic visitor statistics can be tracked by the marketing features. Many easy to use and helpful buttons are also included. Administration tools offer you to start the chat clicking the button, floating invites or text links. Advanced tools are also available, specifically a customizable customer survey tool.

There are some default safety features in the program. Unfortunately, they do not automatically encrypt your conversations. You can enable it to keep personal and sensitive information transferred through conversations in safety. You can block specific IP addresses if necessary.

123 Live Help is worth to try. Operator, administrator and customer interfaces are highly functional and extremely easy in use.
